John Lyon VFW Post 3150 is dedicated to serving veterans, strengthening our community, and preserving the values of patriotism, service, and sacrifice. Established in Arlington County, Virginia, in 1934, our Post has proudly supported veterans and their families for over 90 years.

Our members are veterans of the United States Armed Forces who have served in overseas combat and expeditionary operations worldwide. Through continued service, we strengthen our community, foster lasting friendships, and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.

We also support youth scholarship programs, patriotic education, community service projects, and activities that strengthen the bond between veterans and the communities they serve.

We welcome veterans, active-duty service members, reservists, military families, and members of our community to visit our Post, participate in our programs, and support our mission. Eligible veterans are encouraged to become VFW members.
