Command Sergeant Major Thomas Twomey, Jr., a distinguished veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars, passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 94.

CSM Twomey distinguished himself as a combat veteran of the 3rd Infantry Division and the 5th Special Forces. He was subsequently recalled to active duty during the Gulf War.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Erika L. Twomey, who resides at their home; their three sons, Thomas M., Rodger, and Richard Twomey; their two daughters, Jo Ann Hobson and Audrey Southerland; and their grandson, Thomas R. Twomey.

The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service & Crematory.
