Age 62, died on December 16, 2018, at home in Rochester, IN. Jeff retired as a PNCM(SW) in U.S. Navy and a Desert Storm veteran. He was Surface Warfare Qualified and served as a Command Master Chief aboard an aircraft carrier. He held several positions in Post 3150 until he retired. Upon moving to Indiana, he continued being an active VFW member. He is interred at Arlington National Cemetery.
